    Hi

    I have one question. In the demo on this site the navigation menu collapses to a single drop down when the browser width is reduced but when i move the site onto a host this feature seems to stop. I can’t get my head around what changes from being run locally to the site being run on a server. Does anyone have any ideas?

  • Chris says:

    I am having the same problem also. Here is an example of this: http://www.evdesign.co/test/index.html . For some reason the menu disappears when the screen size is reduced or viewed on an iphone for example, though when its running locally on my laptop it appears to be working as the demo on this site shows. The other thing that appears wrong in my link is the contact from triggering itself automatically. I would appreciate any help on this.

    Cheers
    Chris

    I have managed to find a solution for the template not responding to a size of 700px or less.

    Find and replace:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {

    #nav
    nav ul { display: none; }

    with

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {

    #nav
    nav ul { display: none; }
    nav select { display: inline-block; }

    In the less frameweork.css file

    Very nice solution. I will use this theme with some features from MODUS template.

    Do I need these “MediaQueries” for the template? Or the “conditional comments”?

    Can someone outline a general process on how to convert a template like this into a working website? What steps would I need to go through in order to accomplish this?
    Thanks

  • gfxworkshop says:

    Hey there, I’m planning on launching a blog site on Photoshop design soon with this template. In this blog I’ll add an entry every week on a tutorial or something, and I want them all archived which is fine (with blog.html), but every time I make an entry do I have to manually set them all back? Also, how do I do with the pages? There’s gonna be like five entries per page and like 5 pages, so it’s quite a bit having to move everything back every time I make a new entry, so is this manual somehow? Please help? :)

    Soon to be,
    GFXWorkshop

      Hi

      I think you will need a CMS such wordpress or jommla theme, this is just an HTML template, you can ported to any CMS you want but its not CMS as is.

  • gfxworkshop says:

    Ok, thanks a lot! However, I was wondering how the categories and archive function work, every time I click on them nothing happens. :/ Please help?

    • Ansimuz says:

      I think you mean if the responsive feature can be deactived, the answer is yes. There’s a couple of steps to be done. Please use the forums to post this question.

  • Ken says:

    It seems to me that the navigation on the flexslider is reversed. On the demo, the red circle is displayed after the tranquility image when the images are cycling on their own, but if you use the forward navigation button, the black circle follows tranquility. Is this the intended behavior?

    • Ansimuz says:

      Oh you are right. Well you can change the styles to match the image for the right arrows.

  • A. says:

    I have a question on the page navigation.

    You know how in blog.html, there are previous and next buttons. How do I made those work? CSS? I tried a CMS but I don’t know how to incorporate the CMS into this feature.

    Thanks, awesome designs you got here Luis.

    • Ansimuz says:

      Sorry. You would need to hire a programer to do the job since is a lot of work. Or you can buy the premium version that is a wordpress theme.

  • Evo says:

    Hello,

    First of all- great work! Simple, clean and well programmed. There is only one think- the mobile devices have no “over” function, so I was wondering if it will better the featured post to have all the time text info over the image? Just like the “flex-caption”.

    I’m not so good in css, but I think there is something here “home-block figure .opener” to be edited?

    All Best,
    Evo

    Hi. You made a very nice template. Beautiful!

    With this version of your template, do I have to let a link to your website?

    If yes, with the premium one, can I do it?

  • largowin says:

    Thanks for your answer.

    Last question now… With which version of Explorer your template is compatible?

  • Dhruv says:

    How can I display my tweets in ansimuz place? I replaced “ansimuz” with “dkbhanushali” in the jquery.tweet.js file but there was no effect. Please help!!!

  • largowin says:

    Hi.

    I used your template for one of my clients. I change some parts and colors of the design.

    Is it possible to pay to you the same price than the premium version to have the right to put my name on the bottom of the site and to link it to my website?

  • Dave says:

    I have been trying out your Zeni template for a possible revamp of a site at our college. We have been updating the styles to match our colours but have done something where in the 3 across widgets, when you role over the first one in the top row, it breaks the layout and I am unable to find the cause. Wondering if anyone might have an idea how to fix this?

    Cheers,

    Dave

  • jonathan says:

    how do I run the form?
    PLEASE!

  • Josh says:

    Great work. I do have a question I hope you can help me with, dealing with IE10. For example. when I copy and paste or duplicate a html page (and rename it) the copied page will not open if I have the first duplicate in the tab section as well . This only happens in IE10. I like the layout of the project and would like to use it. Any thoughts on how I can fix this-
    Josh

  • J Smilanic says:

    This template doesn’t seem to be working properly in IE9. It refreshes the page in “Compatibility View”. Your demo doesn’t even show up in IE9. I use Chrome but was testing this in IE.

    IE9, Windows 7

    Just a FYI.
